another great day! came in under my 1700 allotment but not by too too much. i like to leave a bit under just in case i over estimate portion size. i weigh everything to the gram but sometime a bit extra few grams crop up here and there on the scale but i try to get it pretty head on if i can.

discovered a new yummy treat. grilled salmon (4 oz) on a bed of shredded cabbage 3 oz with 1 tb of zero calorie walden's mayo. omg the contrast of tastes and textures is to die for. and i can finally chew the cabbage after getting 6/8 permanent crowns done. in years past i had to make do with over cooked veggies that were soft and easy to chew. i still have to be careful but this is a real step up! love it! now to plan tomorrow's meals and lights out!
