exhausted. but i did it. another pretty successful day. cooked a kick ass meal. ww feta shrimp and i included polenta as my grain. it was fantastic. i had to perform at my music group and they had a ton of food there. i normally would not eat lunch before performing because of nerves but i forced myself to eat a lite low carb hi protein lunch prior to performance. gave me the will power to resist the tons of food they had there. i had one tiny cube of fresh pineapple and that was it. success!!! i prepared the polenta before i left. stood in the kitchen alot to stir continuously while it cooked. came out perfectly. divided into portions. i was famished by the time i got home after a successful performance of bach's e minor toccata :-) had my planned snack in the evening. planned my meals for tomorrow. got them ready to take to work. exhausted. really need to loose this weight. my knees are aching from standing in the kitchen a lot cooking this weekend. normally i would just mindlessly eat protein bars while practicing or studying. this is much better much harder for sure. i'm looking forward to being lighter. i walked the dog tonite i was so tired i dont' know how i forced myself to do it but i did. now i must go to bed to get a decent night's sleep that helps weight loss too as i understand it.
