today was a much better day. first time i'm under 1700 cal!!!! yeah!! i ate good too. 6 servings of veggies. protein pancake, lil tuna fish and scallops in white wine sauce. yum!!!! i found my old weight watcher materials i still had them. under the getting active recommendation they tell you to get a good cassette player so you can walk to music. lolololol i remember doing just that!!! i walked with the dog to a "new" place somewhere i had seen pretty wild flowers. even though i was exhausted from standing alot the kitchen and cooking and then doing dishes. i should sleep good tonite. i am very tired.....meals are planned for tomorrow. i bought a ton of veggies at the store. we should be set fort this week! i ran out of veggies last week and i was in a panic then. veggies really help stay on track. my favs are cauliflower and broccoli zero points
