Since my birthday i've gained 3.8 lbs. it is so fustrateing. I started back on my old diet it seemed to work better plus I wasn't hungery on it like I was on the just low carb one. I'm going to keep my carbs. down but I need to get more fiber in to fill me up so I don't snack. I'm still working on uping my water to 96 oz. from 64 oz. I get it some days. But i'm not going to wiegh in until I get under my old weight. I want to get down to 225 lbs. by oct. 31st. so thats what i'm working on.
