My unofficial weight this morning is 107.1kg so that's 2.3kg down from Monday's unofficial weigh-in.

Today is my fast day so I should see at least a further 500g loss by tomorrow morning for my official weigh-in.

Keep in mind that I need to drop below my lowest official weight of 104kg to consider it as fat loss again since I gained over 5kg during my break where I had no fast days and indulged in lots of food. I'm merely losing that 5kg of food and water that filled up my body and added its weight to me. Now that I'm back on my 4:3 fasting it allows my body to use up that 5kg of food and water which results in these losses you are seeing me post about this week.

I am not sure how long of not fasting and not counting calories it takes before my body will start storing fat again but I don't think one can gain 10kg of weight and call it just food and water so I'll consider 5kg as my maximum limit that I should allow myself to gain during my breaks so that I don't go overboard. Monitoring myself during such breaks should be a must-do activity.
