Today is the first weekend of our two week fall "Scenic Drive". Lots of food and crafts. And the best fire broiled rib eye steak sandwiches anyone would want to eat. I ate two - and a light draft beer. Oh well; I savored every morsel; made sure that the I wouldn't regret having indulged. Did fairly well today. I did an especially intense workout this morning, in anticipation of a bit of celebration. Onward and upward! I mean "downward". Well, you know what I mean.
