Hmmmm..I'm not going down..but I'm certainly not going up! Woo hoo! Starting home work out today to get body ready to go back to gym.
56.0 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
