For Friday March 25, I totally blew it! When it comes to red cheese enchiladas montadas (mounted one on top of another) with an over-easy egg on top no will power, that is my favorite meal! I can eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner! And if the tortillas are made from scratch even better! I do not feel bad because I still managed to keep my numbers in a good range. I am positive that I am still going in the right direction! I continue to have quite a bit of pain in my joints from the fibromyalgia but I am continuing to go to the wellness center and doing exercises!
