Got the macros back under control again with some new foods. Last night I made ribs and store the excess for left overs for meals for the next few days. So today I had pork spareribs and celery topped with cream cheese. I managed to fast for 15 hours before I needed something to eat, and that meal was tasty and filling.

Right now I'm researching two new recipes for future meals as I have heard good things about them. I am hopeful to find more information and recipes related to these items if anyone has them!

Bone broth: A simple broth made with excess bones that contains high quantities of macro nutrients that someone with a ketogenic diet may be deficient in.

Bulletproof coffee: A combination of coffee, butter, and either MCT or coconut oil. I have read it has beneficial qualities for the metabolism and the mind.

I am looking for more options as, although I enjoy meat, eating mostly meat every day without any sauces can get tiresome. I want to make sure I have some variety to prevent the indulgence of cravings.
