Just can't seem to make fasting part of my life...Don't know what I'm gonna do now.

Hey NakeS. I know fasting aint nice but tell me how much Kcal do you aim for when fasting?

Fasting takes practice, failure and constant attempts to get used to it. I 1st started with making my daily calories a maximum of 1800 calories. You can start with what suits you then lower it by 100 or 200 calories each week until you can do fast days of 500/600 calories :) The trick is to choose low calorie but high volume foods and not to eat breakfast because breakfast triggers digestion which creates hunger throughout your day.

Fasting days about 480 calories. Non fasting days I don't measure. Just find myself thinking about what I'm gonna gave the day after fasting..Not a change I can still see myself doing say 3 months straight.

Hey NakeS. Thats a bit low, like Big Boy Optimus aim for 600Kcal when you fast. When i fast, i eat 750Kcal and its mainly protein. I limit fat to 10g and carbs to 20g and the rest just protein to make up my calories. Maybe try something like that and see how it goes.
