Okay, the downward move begins tomorrow. (I say tomorrow because tonight I'm going out for Birthday dinner and I know my cals will be up.) I have to go buy some veggies and fruit tomorrow and then it's on. I'm going to get committed to my eating and exercise again. I want to lose about 7 lbs. by December, so I have to get myself moving again. I can do this!
