still no significant weight loss. Today I walked for more than an hour. Hadn't planned on walking that far but the weather was nice. I ran into a friend who was also walking, she is much more fit than I am and eventually she left me behind, at which time I realized I had been on the trail for an hour. So I backtracked to the college and caught the bus home. The trail was clear in some areas and slushy the rest of the way. It will be nice when it is all clear. By summer I may be doing the whole walk around the reservoir. Just a couple of small hills and one really big one. The whole thing will be about 3Km or close to 6 miles. Yes I can do it.
