regular walk around the blocks in the slush, Stuck to good food (mostly) today. Staff meeting and training session tonight at work. Never been to one before I guess I'm officially an employee now, even though it is casual. We have a pretty big staff many of them I've never met before, some I remember from the Canada Cup and the Scotties. Blood sugar has been good today except for the drop after breakfast.
