Well I got it off and some. It took a week but it's off. I know if I hadn't of gianed it I wouldn't have of to loss it all over. But we all give in to it every now and then. I just get those graveings and get weak some times. I also know that if I hadn't had to reloss those 7 lbs. the 8 I lost this week would've made me that much closer to my goal. Oh I found out that I can't drink those sparking waters that I was or even those propel waters. They have to much citric acid and that's what I found out that was wrong with my mouth and face last week. I had a cancor. Boowoo I thought I found something I could have besides just plain water. Diet soda makes me retain and not loss anything. But I now am drinking tea and it makes me happy I can drink all I want. It's so easy to drink my gallon of water now.
