I don't know why I don't work out more consistently. I can honestly say, as long as I'm in control on what workouts I'm doing, I really do enjoy working out. Because I work right now part time as a massage therapist out of a Pilates studio, I am planning on going and getting certified in teaching reformer Pilates. It is a pretty fun workout, and also surprisingly challenging. So yesterday I went and worked with one of the instructors for an hour and did some learning and practice teaching with her, and then and went and did a leg day with my trainer friend right after. It was a good two hours of working out, and I felt really good after. I usually feel great after working out, its just making myself actually physically go that's the hard part.

I'm definitely going to try to be more mindful and get more workouts in. I've definitely been slacking lately.
