Lazy day today, went to Walmart for prescriptions and groceries. Left wallet at home, had to wait for Larry to bring my wallet to the store. I'm exhausted. Dr. appt. tomorrow, hoping to reduce diabetes meds. A lot of what I ate today was in an effort to get my blood sugar back in line. about 300 calories worth. When it's high it is relatively easy to bring it back down. When it is as low as it sometimes drops to (2.3 this morning) it takes a lot to get it back up and all of it has calories.
