Sunday, November 1, 2009: WEIGHT 168.4 I'm not weighing myself today. (amendment, I actually weighed myself. I don't want to run away from the truth anymore!) I had too much pizza last night. Actually, I stayed completely away from the sugary candy. Having the sugar free candy really helped, especially since it gave me a bit of a stomach ache. :)

As far as the ten pound loss, yes, actually, I meant a month for ten pounds. That was a typo or a "thinko." :) So this month my goal is to lose ten pounds. Actually, my best friend, who just lost six pounds in about two weeks, wants me to do it. And since I want it also, of course, I'm happy to be given the challenge. I hope that this will do it for me, encouragement from a good friend. But I got worried last night about my stamina when I indulged in the pizza. But it was really just bad planning. I should have brought food for myself.

Thank you, info! Good to be back. I want to stick with it. My track record is turning out to be not so successful! I want to be one of the winners! I agree! We can definitely do it!

Pizza is so hard to resist, isn't it? Oddly enough, I love to eat the crust the most--especially the Garlic-Lovers crust pizzas out there. Yum! Good luck on your goal. I know it can be done...willpower is the biggest factor, and you seem to really have it.
