Happy birthday to me!
For my present I gave myself no excuse to go to the gym. I was planning to go in the morning for the last couple of days but I found myself unable to sleep and then unwilling to cut my sleep short to go to the gym. I went to bed extremely early today, very tired, and STILL couldn't sleep. So I decided to get up and go to the gym. Pretty sure I will sleep tonight!
Will try to keep at it. Already feel sore as it is, worried tomorrow is going to be really bad. At least that will mean that the work out was effective.

Happy Birthday! Also, great job. I too struggle with sleep, and thus have little energy for getting to the gym. But once I'm there, I'm all in it... And mornings... lol.. nope.. I'm always hitting the gym afternoon or evening. But soreness from a workout is awesome. It's a constant reminder you did it right. Always go for soreness (not outright sharp pain... that could mean an injury). Best of luck on keeping it up. We can do this! :-) Again, Happy Birthday
