That's some goal! I think you might mean December 1st, though, right? lol Otherwise, maybe you are chopping off your arms or legs for a good Halloween scare? That could maybe add up to 10lbs overnight. ;-) Happy Halloween!

10 lbs is a great goal. You can do it. Just keep up with your 90 min treads and limit calories. You got this!

Ha ha! Thanks, guys! :) I edited my journal. I was in a hurry for Halloween prep and made a mistake there. So one month for ten pounds. I'm hoping that's doable.
