Tonight's supper is going to be homemade "Pita Pizza's". A large Pita bread, with tomato sauce, a few slices of genoa salami, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, mozzarella cheese and hot sauce. I calculate it's about 550 calories. Tastes delicious too.

It similar to a Weight Watcher's menu for Tomato Mini Pizzas made with Pita bread. Their version doesn't have the salami or cheese and totals about 260 Calories. But come on... pizza without salami or cheese? That's just wrong.
