Today was one of my best gym sessions to date in terms of strength :) I picked up the weight on my exercises and handled it well.

Finally using the 32kg dumb bells in my final set of low incline dumbbell flyes and got 3 reps.

Almost clearing all the weight stack in the Peck Deck, Cable Crossover and Wide Dips machines in my last set.

I got 1 rep of 90kg in my Bench Press after my 3 sets of lower weight. That's work in progress but I'm looking forward to getting to over 100kg on Bench Press in my final set.

Using the 27kg barbell for Skull Crushers.

To end it on a good note I did 10 deadlifts but this time I used the Olympic bar(20kg) with a 20kg plate on each side which was 60kg in total. On Monday I was using the 34kg standard barbell :)

My last meal before training today was on Tuesday night so I was literally burning up fat throughout my workout in my 38th to 40th hour of my fasting.

I love this post-workout feeling on my chest and triceps :)
