I think I'm retaining water this morning because of training yesterday + I ate bacon & Eskort sausages so the high salt content of the food has also contributed to water retention. My unofficial weight this morning was 108.4kg. Yikes! That's 0.8kg up from last week's official weight. Let's hope my Fast Day today will get things back on track.
