I've been a bad bad boy ! lol But I planned for it. I've been going to the gym religously for about 8 days and watching my caloric intake.... knowing I had a get-away trip to Montreal coming up. Friday and Saturday in Montreal meant no gym opportunity and included some delicious meals at Dillalo Burger, Ruben's Smoked meat and St. Viateur Bagel. (Montrealers will know what I mean [smiles] ). Ohhhh... there was also a beer and a bottle of wine shared with my bride.

A great time was had but now it's back to the grind.

Not surprisingly my weigh-in today is up a little. Although I was back in the gym this afternoon. I'm also adding planking to my daily routine to strengthen my core. And February will see the 3000 Squat Challenge.
