Cardio day and I'm loving it...at least for now! :)
My grand boys came over yesterday and I made them a tamale pie. I substituted chopped mushrooms and onions for the ground meat. I used dairy cheese and they LOVE it. I love cooking for the kids. The intention that I set for myself today is to just BE. For me this is not allowing outside sources or for that matter myself to disturb my eternal self. To be okay with ME! Be well everyone.
