Healthy and yum. I bought sunflower seeds and chia seed last week. I’m loving the sunflower but the chia I’m still figuring out how they work

Thanks Ken. I eat oatmeal with chia seeds, and they go good in smoothies. Some people make chia seed pudding but I've never tried it. Lots of recipes on Google
