yesterday I had a wonderful lunch at an Italian Mozzarella bar named Orbita. then I had Chinese good that hit the spot after seeing star wars. I'm not going to beat myself up over it only aim to work harder.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
