Veggie Sunday dinner. Probably one thing I miss being a vegetarian, a roast dinner and steak pie 😋

They didn’t have any of the Quorn roasts in Sainsbury’s so just got Quorn vegetarian Cheese & Broccoli Escalopes 😁 actually tasted quite nice 👍

I love the Quorn roast, those escalopes are good too. Quite fancy a roast dinner now myself...

Yeah they are lovely, that’s the only thing with this app, you get great ideas for food but when you see something you fancy and don’t have it in is a nightmare 😂

I’ve said I’m a vegetarian, I’m a pescatarian. Forgot I started eating fish again lol 😂

It’s a mistake making a carnivore meal without the meat. Imitation meat items don’t give you the protein you need. Ends up too carby and that isn’t good for you. Need to try Mexican or Indian style food to do it properly, lots of beans and pulses.

it was a Greggs sausage roll which turned me back to a carnivore 😅 no wonder I need to lose weight!

And yeah Frazzo, I don’t normally eat a lot of meat substitutes. Luckily if it’s once a week as you said I do try and get my protein from beans and pulses. ☺️
