Just home from work and made this. Was lovely and took no time at all. Sautéed mushrooms and onion with chickpeas and avocado served with grains, chestnuts and salad with a french dressing.

Tracking has made me realise I'm really low on protein. This is a good inspiration for getting more in!

I realised with the tracking also that I was always down in protein which I’ve been addressing. It’s great that you can see what is lacking/ or overdoing. Legumes are usually my saviour. 😆
