Today is 14th December so we are just 10 days away from the most indulgent week of the festive season. Oh wait! 16th December is a public holiday! lol! Looks like the indulging is coming sooner than expected!
Really looking forward to Thursday's official weigh-in although I abandoned my Friday Fast Day last week due to attending a family function but I am just aiming for a loss of 0.2kg this week to accomplish that official 20kg milestone loss! :)
I'm going to try my best to enjoy the festive season and use January to lose any weight I gain from my December indulging :)
