Been eating spaghetti leftovers so it’s been a carb-fest. Thankfully only one or two more servings left. We only make it once or twice a year. Took yoga 3 days in a row which was nice. Will have some cold brew coffee, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and protein powder for breakfast.
