Thursday exercise: 30 min treadmill walk before work (trying to ease back into the AM routines) and then 26 min yoga after work

Because I’m starting back up with morning exercise, i was feeling super pooped tonight and almost skipped the yoga but pushed through it. I never regret yoga time. 😃 I also enjoy the mood I get from morning exercise.

Tomorrow is a big deadline day at work so I’m probably going to skip the AM but will get back to it on Saturday and Sunday. It takes a lot of consistency for me to build routines and habits. A lot.
