I typically get fast food for the children or when we're traveling. The few times I've tried it otherwise honestly I've been very disappointed cuz I budgeted my calories for it and then either the food I get has been holding too long or it doesn't taste like I remember it should or for some reason it just doesn't taste "right". I'm not sure if it's because I had covid a couple years ago and my case changed; I did have some taste issues particularly with proteins. I don't like to go to fast food establishments because I can't find a lot of foods that I will eat there so I kind of irritate Ryan he doesn't like to stand up at the menu board for long periods of time and so I try to limit the amount of time that I take because it takes more time to get the kids orders in so I'd rather have everybody's orders ready before we get there. Also a lot of restaurants have eliminated the foods that I used to enjoy there particularly like grilled chicken we went to Wendy's the other day and I noticed that there was no grilled chicken anymore, similarly I can't go to KFC because they dye all their chicken with red dye 40 and several years ago we discovered when we tried to go there that they got rid of the roasted chicken was was the only chicken there that I could eat because they didn't dye it and I liked it because it's roasted. I do enjoy a few things but I have to be careful because it seems like I get sick from it more then other people and I'm not really sure why that is if it's a me issue with the autoimmune diseases being diagnosed this last year and me knowing that maybe it's an immune issue don't know. For example I've not eaten at Taco Bell or Burger King and probably about five or six maybe even 10 years because every time I've ever tried I've gotten very ill.

There are a few places that I know that I've really enjoyed that I would still consider fast food although Ryan perhaps wouldn't consider it fast, LOL. I really like schlotzsky's deli have you ever been there before?

Adpreso, nothing wrong with that 😊. Like I said properly prepared it's not slimy but that's a cooking issue 🤷. Also the two most common ways I have seen it prepared is fried or in gumbo 😋. But honestly sometimes there are flavors or textures we just can't do and that cool 😎. I'm not a fan of grisly meat 🍖. Growing up a lot of the families that I had friends with were nationally Chinese in origin and they had a variety of wonderful dishes that I was lucky enough to eat on the regular. There were so much variety of things to eat then I never got bored and I got to try so many wonderful things but I did find that there was one thing I did not care for the "texture" of grizzly meat (the flavor in the dish we're still spot on though). No I do not mean meat that has been poorly prepared this is a properly prepared dish it is deliciously flavored with all the appropriate accoutrements of the regional dish this is supposed to be how it is much like some dishes have lots of cartilage or fatty meats it is appropriate. It's just not what I like I can handle that on a steak fiber is vegetables lots of other textures but that particular texture is just not for me. So I learned to avoid taking anything from that particular shared pot. No big deal that's another thing I miss and a lot of

He's having communal meals when I visit with other families or friends. A lot of families I visit will already have plates put together or it's dished out onto people's plates it's not one big shared pot kind of setting. It just seemed a lot more friendly there was a lot more talking that I see it a lot of modern families today when I visit other people's houses.

I know what you I have a complete hate of bananas to the degree of I can’t even touch them. Weird I know but they are just awful 😂. Over the last few years my diet is so much more varied. I was bought up on a traditional English meat and 2 veg diet, but now I don’t each as much meat and will often pick a vegetarian dish just because I now prefer the flavour. 😊
