Back from vacation about a week now and started recording calories and exercise on Monday. I did gain on vacation, but I didn't gain everything back that I've lost so that's good. I did really well until the last couple of days of vacation and then when we got home I pigged out. Why I did that I don't know. But, this week I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I think last week I had an I don't care attitude because I was relaxed from vacation, but now seeing that I did have a gain, I know I need to change my attitude. I do wish I was back at the beach though. Sigh.
