I'm so proud of myself for going to the gym 4 times this week :)
I found that my strength has increased so today I started using heavier dumbbells and barbells in a few of my sets but not too much weight so that I don't lose my form during my sets. I got a few reps of 27kg low incline bench dumbbell flyes, a few reps of 36kg standing barbell curls and a few reps of 16kg incline bench dumbbell curls. I even used 2 plates short of the full weight stack for my cable cross-overs. I was so motivated that I added 2 sets of a new chest exercise today! This seems awesome to me because I'm not using any supplements and have not had a protein shake since Tuesday :)
Today is a fast day but I might just break my fast and eat supper tonight since today's workout has made me feel a bit hungry. It's almost 5pm so if I do break my fast I'm going to keep it under 500 calories so it still makes a difference and remains a fast day but just not a no-food fast day :)
