It was very good! My husband claims that he doeant like cooked cabbage, well that has changed… lol! I didn’t have ground pork, so I sliced boneless chops really thin.

That looms delicious. my hubby has the same claim. I made roasted purple cabbage as a side to the tofu Piccata. I think he kinda liked it.
