So many different thoughts I really must work harder with my steps. I lower by daily goal to 5000 steps Down from 10,000. Trying to walk the Dog more . Trying to add either a morning Or early evening walk. Need to walk more.
On a positive note taking breakfast very seriously. Have not missed a day in six weeks. Very proud about that.
Need to increase my protein intake And decrease my carb in take. I am Very open to suggestions.
