Was aiming to keep carbs low today but I just couldn't do it due to leftover mutton breyani from yesterday!Still got some burfee and sweet treats leftover as well. So my new plan is to ease back into my weight loss journey by having a Friday Fast day tomorrow and go to gym then try to stay under my RDI on my weekend. All will be back on track by next week - I promise!!
