Boiled eggs with everything bagel seasoning, Maple Lodge chicken sticks (7 grams protein, 40 calories), PB n banana on 1/2 whole grain english muffin and Costa Rican coffee with stevia. Man I love brunch!

Good lunch! I have to try everything bagel seasoning more often; just not when baking breads.

Have you tried the Carbonaught bagels? Cal:100, Net Carbs:2g, Fat 5g, Protein: 4g. I find half of one is good for me.

Hi Raykurt, yes I love them! Just have a preference for texture of english muffin with my PB n banana lol. 1/2 dempsters whole grain english muffin is 55 calories with 3 grams protein so not as good but not too far off.
