Hefty but healthy breakfast. Oats, cashew yogurt, splash of soymilk, chia & pumpkin seeds, cherries, 1/2 a small banana, cacao nibs. No added sugars. Fruit made it sweet enough. Cashew cream in my coffee. Nice way to start the day :)
