Holly they are great in salad especially with goat cheese or feta if that's what u prefer I just didn't have either on hand.

Oh I like feta cheese. Never been a fan of goat cheese tho. I just bought a few fresh cherries today. $5.19/lb! I got them on sale for 3.99 but wow, pricey.
