It depends on whether you are a vegan, a vegetarian or a meat eater. :) if you eat dairy products then Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. There is a pressed cottage cheese called twarog in Costco. It is richer with protein than regular cottage cheese. Egg whites are pure protein. If you are a vegan then beans, tofu, seeds and nuts.

AlexLS88 has good suggestions. Just wondering if the LS in the user name is related to the great Small Block V8 of the same designation 🤔 Anyway, a couple of things off the top of my head that I like to do are: - add a scoop of whey protein powder into greek yogurt and berries. - make meatballs out of lean ground meats to have easy, ready to go protein snacks. - Hard Boiled Eggs are great on their own, or in soups and salads. - Protein powder goes great in coffee, pancake/waffle batters, muffin/bread dough, etc.

I TRY to do a protein smoothie each day. Vegan 50 Superfoods protein powder with frozen fruit and tons of greens. 1 scoop that, 1 scoop collagen. I also add bone broth powder to soups if i need extra but my soups usually have ground Turkey, chicken or beans. I also freeze chicken and ground Turkey in the portion sizes I want so I can grab one if I need protein for that meal.

Protein bars! I love the Clif Builders Protein, lots of tasty flavours (the chocolate one doesn’t contain nuts if you’re allergic) with SUPER high protein. Protein pancake mix. Protein shakes. You can drink these alone or use them as a replacement for milk in recipes. Yogurt/parfaits mixed with protein powder. Protein wraps instead of normal tortillas. Things like cottage cheese, beans, etc. Find ways to incorporate things that have healthy fats and more protein than the average food. Meal prep so you can pre-calculate your macros and not have to worry about fitting in more protein when it’s already dinner time
