I'm so anxious about tomorrow's official weigh-in since last week's official weigh-in showed that I'm only 0.5kg away from my milestone goal weight of 110kg that I set for myself.
This weekend was really indulgent compared to my other weekends and I gymed on Mon and today(Wed) instead of Mon and Tues which gives me a break on Wed to let sore muscles heal and let go of water that they might be retaining.
This weight/fat loss journey really has changed my life!
