***Warning: Women's Issues Ahead***

Just in case you didn't want to read about it.. Tomorrow is my weigh in, but I am on my period. I know that the scale will not paint an accurate picture of my weightloss this week. But I am tempted to do it anyways.
Any advice, ladies? Should I just skip it this week, or weigh myself anyways and not log it, or just suck it up and log whatever weight I am no matter what?

I think that you should log it. That way, after a few months, you can get an idea of what your body does during that time of the month. Just my 2 cents. Good luck and keep up the hard work.

Not a lady, but I agree with Frgs. Data is always good. Maybe make note of it so you have a reminder.

I did it! 2.4 lb loss! I'm hoping it's more. I might weigg in again when I'm finished, but I'll more than likely just wait until next Saturday! Thanks y'all!

I was gonna vote for 'weigh anyway' as well . . . the Idiot Box can 'pleasantly surprise' you as often as it annoys and frustrates . . . and, more importantly as the previous commenters noted, more data is never a bad thing.
