I find that using Egg Stirs instead of one egg makes more food and provides more protein. And they taste the same as a scrambled egg. One serving is 25 kcals, so I can even have 2 servings and still have less than an egg. Also, try substituting the tortilla with an Ole high fiber tortilla. 2x the size of that, only 60 kcals. Add a serving of salsa, and you're only looking at 120 kcals for your entire breakfast. Add the meat and you'll probably still be under. I skip most cheese unless I'm making an Ole tortilla pizza.

Thanks for that tip DepDaddy. That sounds like a solid doable breakfast. Always looking for better caloric/macro alternatives.
