I've started my new training technique at gym this week and went to gym yesterday(Monday) and today(Tuesday). I have this burning sensation and a soreness on my muscles which I never experienced before so I'm positive that I'm doing something right! LOL! The soreness seems a little addictive and it's not soreness from injury or anything bad. It's hard to explain but I'm sure if you are somebody who is gyming to build muscle then you would understand what I'm talking about.

I'm really motivated by my weight/fat loss results but I have a long way to go and building bigger muscle will help with fat burning :)

Big boy I do weight training in the gym and love it when I can't even walk or lift things as then I know my muscles is working, I agree it is quite addictive you crave to go back for more even though you cant even get our of bed. Love it

Ok so its called DOMS...delayed onset muscles soreness.....remember to push hard in the gym but if by the 3rd day the pain isnt gone then u've pushed too hard and have actually done more harm than good...goodluck with ur new workout plan :)
