Been off track for a long time...yo-yo-ing for months between 5 lbs., but now I think I will have a breakthru!! I'm excited for this new year. Since the beginning of the year, I've been getting to the gym more often, eating well, and becoming more focused on my weight journey. Last year was a very tough year for many reasons, but I'm pretty proud of myself that I didn't go back to where I started and at least held my weight steady. Now is the time to work on it!! I GOT THIS!!!
108.0 kg Lost so far: 49.8 kg.    Still to go: 40.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
