I need to make beets sometime. I like beet soup and beet juice but don't have them plain. How did you make them?

Thanks Teresa! I've never had beet soup, sounds good though. Honestly, these were just canned and straight from the can. Fresh beets I like roasted with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Good eating!
