Haven’t been getting good quality sleep I’m sure that impacts weight gain as well. Having to get up super early not going to bed early enough very sleep deprived today. And tonight I have to start the totally liquid diet for my Thursday morning colonoscopy it’s gonna suck balls guys. Oh well.
