finding it so freaking hard to stick to my calories when it’s cold outside I always want to eat a little nibble of protein bar here or there or a little not too high sugar cookie and it’s causing me to gain weight despite hiking 3 miles most days. Bottom line it’s always about what we eat right? I’ve got to stick to the plan I’ve got to lose these last almost 10 pounds it’s proving to be so difficult! My clothes used to be so loose are feeling snug coming to Jesus moment, yet again another day new opportunity! Wish me luck trying to go to bed earlier and get a decent night sleep, but my sleep is always disrupted have to get up to pee every few hours 🎉😉💃🤘
