That's what I thought too. I struggle in winter to drink enough water. So a good reminder for me

I keep a glass water bottle with me wherever I go and sip throughout the day, but I still struggle to get enough in. Easier in the warmer months. But I count herbal teas.

I live in the desert so drinking water in summer is not an issue but winter time is another story.. I noticed that by nighttime I’m still drinking out of the bottle I took out in the morning. Thanks for reminding me!💜
